At Roth Luxe®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the process below.
How to Return a Product
Request a Return Authorization:
Contact our customer service team at roth@rothluxe.com or call (801) 500-3456 to initiate a return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
Send It Back:
Ship the product to the provided return address in its original packaging, including any unused portions.
Clearly include your RA number in the package.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Return Conditions
Only purchases made directly from Roth Luxe® are eligible for return.
The product must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers.
Products that have been fully consumed or are past the 60-day return window.
